Isn't a question of who has the highest WAR per vote?

Here's what you get if you flip it around to fewest votes per WAR (just for ease of interpreting the numbers) for positive-WAR players:

1. Vince Williams Jr. (1,322 votes, 3.0 WAR/82): 435 votes per WAR

2. John Konchar (888 votes, 1.8 WAR/82): 489 votes per WAR

3. Kris Dunn (1,404 votes, 2.7 WAR/82): 528 votes per WAR

4. Aaron Wiggins (1,294 votes, 2.2 WAR/82): 592 votes per WAR

5. Matisse Thybulle (2,577 votes, 4.2 WAR/82): 616 votes per WAR

6. Isaac Okoro (2,391 votes, 3.8 WAR/82): 626 votes per WAR

7. Delon Wright (1,006 votes, 1.5 WAR/82): 690 votes per WAR

8. Dyson Daniels (1,678 votes, 2.2 WAR/82): 758 votes per WAR

9. Jordan McLaughlin (947 votes, 1.1 WAR/82): 842 votes per WAR

10. Jae'Sean Tate (1,934 votes, 2.3 WAR/82): 857 votes per WAR

11. Naji Marshall (2,139 votes, 2.4 WAR/82): 876 votes per WAR

12. Ryan Rollins (695 votes, 0.7 WAR/82): 944 votes per WAR

13. Josh Okogie (1,621 votes, 1.5 WAR/82): 1,080 votes per WAR

14. Gary Harris (2,296 votes, 2.0 WAR/82): 1,160 votes per WAR

15. Oshae Brissett (1,401 votes, 1.2 WAR/82): 1,174 votes per WAR

(I didn't originally do it this way because neither votes nor WAR are linear -- they're distributed so that the top guys get a lot more of the available share -- but this is definitely an interesting list)

If I'm a GM, I'm looking at this info and cross matching it with the upcoming free agency, and also trying to identify draft candidates with the same skill sets and approach to the game. Mike Conley, Jarrett Allen, Donte DeVincenzo, Herb Jones and Tobias Harris have all flown under the radar in one way or another. If they, or players like them, could be on one team, collective of multiskilled two way players would win while being flexible on court and financially feasible.

Amazing! Definitely one of my favorites.

Excellent work here. I happened to talk about Jones and Conley as well this week. Game recognize game. Love the packaging of the information.
